Cancellations    Rental Conditions   General Conditions

After receiving your booking form, we will send you a confirmation and a deposit invoice by email or post.
The deposit will be 25% of estimated costs and should be transferred to:

In the name of J.E. van Dijk eo (Glimmen).
Please mention the booking number.
Full payment will be required 4 weeks before arrival.
After receipt of the deposit we will send you a final confirmation by post.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 4 weeks (emplacement) or 6 weeks (caravan or tent) before date of arrival. Only then the deposit will be returned minus € 50,- costs. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

  • The caravan and tent are rented out on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Bed and kitchen linen are not provided.
  • On departure the inventory must be intact and undamaged.
  • The caravan and tent must be left in a clean and tidy condition or we will charge a cleaning fee.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All guests and visitors will comply with rules and regulations.
